#ThriveYear Weekly Reading February 8-14

Alright team...it's here.  A new week.  A new day.  Full of God's grace and plans for our lives.  We're alive in exciting days today, and these are the times for us to draw closer to God and pursue His purpose for our lives.  Many times I've been guilty of trying to do life serving God on MY OWN strength, rather than accessing his "exceeding, abundant" strength.  But going through this reading plan, I'm diving into God's word in a new way, and it's great.  I hope you are doing the same.

Hello THRIVE YEAR participants!  It's another great week...believing that you are walking in all that God has for you this week.  I don't know about you, but the reading lately has really been stirring me...and showing me greater areas in my life where I can honor people, honor authority and honor God.  It has been reminding me we serve a God who is bigger than time...and certainly bigger than our individual situations.  I encourage you to reach out to God this week, and allow His word to come alive to you.

#ThriveYear Reading Saturday January 9

1 Samuel 13-14.  The invasion of the Philistines, and Jonathan begins a great adventure.

It's Baptism weekend at Champions Centre.  If you've never been baptised, check-in at Guest Services 30 minutes prior to any service this weekend (and bring a change of clothes!).  This weekend will be exciting, with people making an outward expression of their faith in Jesus.  See you there.
